The Stop AIDS Speaker Tour

The speaker tour is always one of the highlights of the APPG calendar. Young people whose lives have been deeply affected by HIV travel from across the world to share their stories with other young people in the UK. As part of the tour which goes to University towns up and down the country, the team stop off in Parliament.

This year, at a moving event, chaired by Jeremy Hunt MP, one of the Vice Chairs of the APPG, Daniel talked about his experiences during the civil war in Sierra Leone. Nokubonga shared her story of motherhood and HIV in South Africa. Tony told us about his ongoing fight against AIDS in the USA.

The event is coordinated by the Stop AIDS Campaign.
